« Great Family Experience!
Great experience and super fun for kids! A very nice place to enjoy the natural views. You can go on the luge or take the téléphérique up for amazing scenery. There are also nice walking paths and activities to enjoy at the top, making it a perfect family outing. »

« Great hotel with basic amenities, shuttle service to ski lifts, however there is a wait at peak times. Restaurant could have more vegetarian options, sauna needs to be warmer. »

There was a slight misunderstanding with my booking due to my travel agent, the team at the hotel were quick to fix the issue upon my arrival and they ensured a pleasant stay.
