It was the best choice in terms of location as it’s in the heart of the city centre. The service was excellent. We had breakfast and we had several options and the service there as well it was excellent. I would definitely think of going back and would recommend. In the room as well they provide a small book with all the restaurants, activities and more information on Megève.

During my recent stay at Hotel Le Coeur de Megève, I was truly impressed by the fantastic team, especially the women working at the hotel. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a significant difference in my overall experience. They were not only welcoming but also incredibly efficient, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for.||It's clear that the female staff members are the real backbone of the hotel, managing everything with grace and skill. Their dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed, and I believe the hotel should continue to empower and support them in their roles. They truly embody the spirit of hospitality, and it would be a shame not to recognize their contributions. ||||All the rest should work at a gas station, impolite and out of touch. ||||When it came time to check out, the experience took a turn for the worse. I had inquired about a late check-out, assuming it wouldn’t be an issue, given the hotel’s otherwise welcoming approach. Unfortunately, the staff member handling my check-out was brusque and seemed notably impatient. I felt rushed through the process, leaving me with a lingering feeling of dissatisfaction.||It’s disappointing because the check-out experience doesn’t reflect the overall warmth and professionalism of the hotel staff I encountered during my stay. I believe this aspect requires improvement to align with the high standards set by the rest of the hotel team.||In conclusion, Hotel Le Coeur de Megève has much to offer, but I hope the management addresses the check-out experience so that future guests can leave with the same positive feelings they may have enjoyed throughout their stay. I would love to return someday with the hope of a more seamless departure.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and very enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was perfectly organized, clean, and comfortable, which made the whole stay even more pleasant.

Compromising facilities and cleaning needs improvement It is super hard to find the hotel entrance by driving. And you can't park the car on site. You have to park the car in a nearby garage which is narrow and hard to get in. If you have ski equipments, this hotel will be a bit challenging. And they don't offer shuttle to the lifts so you need to carry your skis and walk to the lift which is not very close. The shower room has a very bad smell, but the staff insisted that every bathroom smell like this and refused to change a room for us. We settled for one night then move to the grand hotel soleil early next morning. They offer parking and ski room and free shuttle to multiple gondolas.

Overall disappointing, and terrible value option. The room design is crammed and ineficient. Breakfast really falls short compared to other places. And staff was not welcoming nor hospitable except for the lady that checked us out who was very kind. Personally we also found strong and unpleasant scents all over. Not too much room to hang out. Dinner at beefbar was good, although pricey and location was actually good. For the car we used the Casino parking.

Extremely cosy, warm, and elegant, it truly feels like a home away from home.||||The food is excellent, refined, and consistently high quality. What really makes the difference, however, is the personnel: very kind, professional, attentive, and highly qualified. Every detail is taken care of with genuine hospitality.||||A wonderful experience from start to finish I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Very lovely hotel to stay at. The design is brilliant, the location is excellent, right in the centre of town. There was a slight misunderstanding with my booking due to my travel agent, the team at the hotel were quick to fix the issue upon my arrival and they ensured a pleasant stay. Would greatly recommend. Thanks again

Loved this hotel - beautiful furnishings and finishes, amazing location right at the centre of Megeve, lovely breakfast and friendly and attentive staff. Our daughter loved the bunk beds in our room and the interior decor was really nicely done. Room cleaning was really well done too. Top marks, very well done!
