Great experience at Cosa Papa. Not easy to score a table or bowling lane though! We shared Cocktails and food at the bar. The barman was fantastic. Great drinks, lots of craftsmanship goes into those mixtures. Good spot for a night out with friends. Book well in advance.

If I could give it 0 stars i would. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We made both bowling and dining reservations, which the restaurant completely failed to respect. On our first visit, we were flat-out told that there were no bowling reservations available, only for them to suddenly “find” one for the next day at 6pm. We accepted and left, trusting their word. When we returned the following day, we were told — again — that we did not have a reservation. To make matters worse, the same employee who had personally written our reservation the day before was standing right there and pretended not to recognize us or the reservation. No explanation, no apology. Then comes the most insulting part: they proceeded to show us their bowling reservation agenda, which supposedly didn’t exist the day before, and looked at us as if we were stupid for believing we had a reservation — one that THEY gave us. So to recap: • They lied about not having reservations • They gave us a reservation anyway • They denied it the next day • They gaslit us and acted like we were the problem No accountability, no apology, no professionalism — just dishonesty and arrogance. If you value your time, your plans, or basic respect as a customer, do not come here. Megève has plenty of places that actually know how to run a business. This is not one of them

Extremely frustrating experience. Despite having our reservation confirmed, the restaurant failed to honor it—two days in a row. We rearranged our schedule and showed up on time, only to be turned away both times. This shows a complete lack of organization and respect for customers. A confirmed reservation should mean something. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

In this restaurant they were súper impolite. The balls game costs 20 euros and if You go to see your child They charge you your child and you only for seeing.I am very dissapointed with this restaurant I don’t reccomend it.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this restaurant. When my parents (who are Arab) arrived before us, they politely showed the hostess our online request for a table for six. They were told in a rude and dismissive manner that it was “just a request, not confirmed,” and no table was available. However, when my sister and I arrived just 10 minutes later and asked for a table for six, we were told a table was available and were asked to wait just a few minutes. The only noticeable difference? My sister wasn’t wearing a headscarf and spoke better English. The treatment my parents received was not only disrespectful but felt discriminatory and possibly racist. This level of service is unacceptable, and the restaurant should train its staff to treat all customers with respect and equality. We did not dine in it and do not recommend this place to anyone who values fair and kind treatment.

Pizzas are amazing, and the pasta are delightful. Yann and Lucille took great care of us, and the service was outstanding. We arrived without a booking, and the hostess found us a place at the bar even with a full house.

This place is a rip off. Bowling nice but way too expensive. They charge per person instead of per lane. For 4 kids and 2 adults you have to pay EUR 120 for one hour!! Food is ok, but the value for money very poor. EUR 240 for 1 pizza, 2 pastas, 1 starter, 1 bottle of water and a bottle of red wine. They empty your pockets, not because they offer anything special, but just because they are based in Megève.
