« Very disappointing stay. There was no hot water, so I couldn’t take a proper shower. When I asked reception, they told me the water tank is too small for the whole floor and that they can’t do anything about it.
This is not acceptable for a hotel. Very poor service. »

« The decoration of this place is amazing. I was first shocked by the entrance door but it just gives more to the vibe. Inside is really beautiful and has the true atmosphere of an old haunted house. And I know those houses are usually quite cold but the place could use some more warmth in the winter. Other than that it was a really nice experience and the waiter was super nice. »
« Not a useless institution but they don't practice something like public prosecut ion the way a broadcasted crime or a crime gone viral resulting in an inquiry. If this was done as well as say handling cases from US territories nearby the EU, they also would've assured Greenland for example. »
