« L’observatoire is free to visit, max of 8 people allowed on the tower at once. People in line were counting :) the stairs are a bit wobbly but even though I’m afraid of heights this was easy and not scary. Beautiful view over the area »
« Mes enfants de 8 à 16 ans ont testé la sortie pêche. Ils sont deux enfants par bateau pour 2 accompagnateurs. Qu’ils soient rentrés bredouilles ou pas, tous ont adoré cette matinée !! « A nice spot to learn a bit about the history of the Bassin d’Arcachon and the lighthouse. Once on the top, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the Dune de Pilat.
The staff working there is really nice and welcoming.
There is also a little souvenir shop.

« Excellent zoo. Huge area. Need at least 3 hours to briefly visit all animals. A lot of species are presented. Take some food with you especially for kids, only one small cafe close to the exit is available. »
« Very nice restaurant. It was a little busy but the staff was very friendly and found us a good table outside. The food was quite good, especially the Fish & Chips. »
