It is a good and clean hotel but lack some delight finishing. Room fixture is old style. Breakfast area is narrow with limited food options.

Right near train station/a block to beach..main market square right there as well. Larger rooms w. Good kitchenette..of good value 👏

After reading many positive reviews about the Residhome Arcachon Plazza I began to wonder if I was in the same hotel. Our room (B118) was a Junior Suite which had a separate bedroom and a small terrace. It could only be described as ‘tired’ as the furniture and decor were in desperate need of updating. The metal table and chairs on the private patio were rusty and not very appealing. There were two parasol bases, one of which was broken……and no parasol, although this wasn't needed. |The chairs and tables inside the apartment had seen better days and were damaged and worn. The cleaning staff knocked on the door after two nights in the hotel. As it was about 4.00 pm in the afternoon it hardly seemed worthwhile for our third and last nights stay. They returned again twice the following morning before 10.00 am only this time they let themselves in, probably expecting the room to be vacated, despite the checkout time being 11.00 am. |The adjacent public car park was full when we arrived on a Friday afternoon. The only available on street parking was about a ten minute walk away which I accept is not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind if you have a lot of luggage. On a positive note, Arcachon is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. Next time though I will find somewhere else to stay.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with a group of colleagues during our professional mission of charity. Our stay was characterized by a mix of positive and negative experiences, leaving us with both satisfaction and disappointment. Upon our arrival at the hotel, our initial interaction with the reception staff set the tone for our visit. We were greeted by two men at the reception desk, and while one of them was genuinely kind and accommodating, the other left a lot to be desired in terms of his attitude and demeanor. It was clear that he was not as welcoming as his colleague, which cast a shadow on our check-in experience!!!! In a diverse group such as ours, which included young professionals on a mission of charity, it is essential that every guest feels equally valued and respected. Unfortunately, the unpleasant attitude we encountered with one of the staff members was a point of concern for us. We believe that every guest, regardless of their background or purpose of stay, deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Nonetheless, it's important to acknowledge the positive aspects of our stay. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and overall ambiance were commendable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, which allowed us to rest after long days of work. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to access the necessary amenities during our stay. our experience at was a mixed one. While the hotel has great potential to offer an excellent guest experience, the need for consistent, welcoming customer service is evident. We hope that the management of the hotel will take our feedback into account and work towards ensuring that all guests are treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.

We stayed here for a week in August 2023. The people on the front desk are helpful and keen to help. The apartment rooms are of a good standard and the kitchens are well kitted out. The beach is very close and there is a nearby supermarket. The layout of Arcachon is set up for tourism and relaxing. There are a huge number of restaurants, but not so good for vegetarian diets. The main drawback with this hotel is noise from the market stalls being set up. Apart from that, most people would enjoy this location.

In the centre of the town. 4 star appartment hotel, with a little kitchen. Old building with new decoration. Very quiet for being in the centre. Near to everything. It's our second time staying. Really like it. This time we are at the backside. The only thing is the windows could be cleaner. Some little details can be cleaner. And if there is a little place for hanging the jacket and bags near the entrance would be even better.

We were happy to revive an upgrade to a large corner 1 bedroom with balcony but it was pretty loud on that side at night. Luckily we are young and just on vacation and it didn’t ruin the trip. Just keep that in mind with room choice. We did enjoy the back entrance close to our apartment and the general amenities in the apartment. The info book they created was fantastic! It really made it feel more personal rather than a large hotel/extended stay. The sheets could be softer.|The area is excellent, super safe and walkable to everything. We could even see the beach from our balcony.|Lastly, service was really friendly from reception to maintenance to housekeeping. Will return.
