The worst ever Worst experience ever. I ordered a mattress on 26 July and didn’t receive it until 12 August — and only after endless calls and visits to the store. The staff provided zero support. Even when I went to the store in person, nobody helped. The worst part? On my account, the order status shows “delivered” even though I had nothing at the time. When I asked for help, they simply told me it was “from the marketplace” and not their responsibility — even though I bought it through their store. No accountability, no service, and no respect for the customer. Absolutely unacceptable.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! First time visiting this store and felt near assaulted by the security guard. I arrived 10 mins to the google reviewed close time (7pm) and we arrived 6:50pm The security guard yelled fermé fermé fermé while progressively getting closer and being quiet aggressive. I just wanted to look at some spoons I knew that we would have been out of there well before closing. I have worked in retail and an Avid shopper and I have never in my life been spoken or treated like that. No one should every feel insulted/uncomfortable or assaulted for going into a store. If you need a reason to go to therapy highly recommend locating this store and getting accustomed with their hostile security guard.

Sloppy Customer Service. I got a lamp online in September 2021 and returned it in store immediately on pick up. The store asked to contact customer service for refund. Since that day, it has been almost 7 months we are still following up with them for refund. So many emails and calls for follow up. Every time they say we will get back to you, but have never reached out to us. Very annoying and disappointing. Still awaiting to hear from them and refund.

This is the worst experience ever. I returned a light which I had bought online and still 5 months later I have not received my reimbursement. The manager have promised many many times that it will reflect on my account in 5 days but it never happens. This company is a scam and the quality in general is very bad

Bought all my dishes, glasses, light fixtures, window shades, & a few other things for my apartment. I love the stuff I bought, BUT, holy cow is it expensive - you can get the same 100€ blinds at a Bazaar for 15€ - just wish I knew that BEFORE I cut them to size. Staff is "meh", at best. The store is nice and all, and they've got just about everything you need to decorate an apartment, but you'll pay for it.

I think they have amazing range of stuff for home décorations and you can make your home feel really cozy. I was happy with the service. So I will be coming back for sure. My only problem is that it is a bit hidden, I was in this shopping mall many times yet I discovered it only now.

This is one of the amazing places I have been to. If you want to decorate your house with very artistic things with a reasonable price then you must visit this place. They have beautiful selection of plates, dishes and other kitchen items. Some very nice coffee, tea cups, glasses and bottles. This could also be a perfect place to buy a gift for someone's new house. You need to visit it once to enjoy the amazing range of collections they have. On the negative side, some of their products do not lable the place from where it comes from or it is manufactured. This could bring less transparency when you are a kind of person who prefer to buy in ecofriendly manner by promoting local producers etc.
