If you’re looking for a simple hotel in a good location and you’re likely to be out and about most of the day in Paris. This hotel is perfect. There were lots of lovely bakeries and cafes near by. Super close to lots of metro stops but also you can walk almost everywhere. 15-20 mins to the note dame. The rooms were nice and clean although a little small (normal for Paris) and dark. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it really made the stay special as they gave us recommendations and were just really pleasant. If I were to come back i would absolutely stay here for the convenience and location and nice rooms

Very polite, very clean, lovely location, so close to metro and easy to access places around. Breakfast was amazing we tried multiple different things. Lovely the little areas they had. Comfort and cosy. Says 3stars but we would say 4star easy. Going to come back again for sure. Was a great stay.

It was a nice stay, the staffs were helpful and kindThe lift was spoilt on the first day and they helped us to carry our luggages up. They even let us check in early.Everything was clean and niceThe metro was just less than 10mins walk away, and brings us to many placesFor asians, there is a even a chinese market just 15 mins walk away

The hotel is lovely and spotless. The room was comfortable and quiet, featuring a very cozy bed. They serve a simple yet high-quality international breakfast with both sweet and savory options. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. A huge plus is the free luggage storage: even though check-in starts at 3 PM, they let us drop off our bags in the morning. While the hotel isn't centrally located, getting to the heart of Paris is a breeze since there are two metro stations just a short walk away. If I ever find myself back in Paris, I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The level of service was amazing. Especially one woman helped me a lot and was so sweet which made the whole stay even better. ||The rooms were amazing - so cozy and clean and the breakfast was also good. ||I would definitely recommend this place and also rebook the next time I’m in Paris!

While the rooms were a bit small and we had an issue with our bed, this place was pretty close to perfect! Who sits in their room in Paris anyway? Besides, room was more than made up for by the incredibly gracious, helpful, and friendly staff! Plus, it was clean, breakfast looked good, and it forced me to exercise and work off dinner and booze from the night before! It was also close to public transport.

Great stay in a comfy bed with really kind staff that are always there if you need something. The location is perfect for staying in a part of town that is not too far to walk or get the metro to any of the big attractions. Less touristic part of town but lots of great local bars and restaurants.

Mouldy room. Extraction fan not working. Broken lights and pictures. Small smelly room with no view. Doesn’t correspond to the images online. Update: Update: the fan was never fixed as we used the shower and the fan did not go on at any time. I have not threaded you to destroy you online and I do not accept this accusation. I have never requested full refund however, I did expect some sort of compensation. Regarding the early check in, this was agreed to me from your team prior to the arrival. As well, I did not have an issue with the location either. It is the way how you handled these issues. I do understand and would accept that there can be maintenance issues but there is a clear lack of attention to any details especially if you checked the room before letting us in. You can go and check the fan and see that it was not fixed. You did not agree to any refund at all so I presume that broken extraction fan, mouldy smell, broken glass on a picture and dirty in the shower is a standard for you and a part of the experience otherwise you would show any gesture of you taking these issues seriously. I hope you will at least reflect on the issues and that other guests won’t need to experience the same.
