Ok. Leroy Merlin is a chain and part of a duopoly. I generally like their selection and prices are meh. But this place is a mess. They've divided the store across two locations, understaffed them both and have terrible signage and mediocre parking. Go to another location to avoid this headache.

Large store, has everything I expect, helpful staff. In the paint section Lahcen helped us finding the right products we need, we appreciate his help.

This shop keeps improving; more and more professional products, in large quantities. And a covered car park (max 1m90) with a very large space for each car; no need to worry when you have to load something or open a door...

The most horrible Leroy Merlin in the ile de france. Staff are so unprofessional. No helps at all. Specially in “retrait des marchandises”. Had to wait long time in front of there to collect my tile pack. They were 5 or 6 workers. And I had to wait till they finish there personal conversations. Not recommend at all 👎👎👎💩💩

A lot of choices is the reference Leroy Merlin in west Paris. The retrait is open starting from 7 am. This is a very useful thing for people working.

Exchange or return policy is very good, we can buy without worries. If purchased item is not working, 100% money return even without the item's package. Good service after purchase.

Large quantity of articles is an advantage for buyers, but prices are high and you can find the same things cheaper. We bought two times in leroy merlin, and each case, we were happy.

Great, but expensive as most of brico stores. Personnel is 50/50. Some aren't happy to work here or to live... No idea, its just anooying to ask something end feel they don't really want to help.
