As a travel blogger and reviewer (owned the 50k reader badge on TripAdvisor) I would like to clarify that this is not a 2-star hotel standard according to what I have experienced in 2-star hotels around the world.|Pros:|- 5-7 minutes walking distance to the tram station that connected to the metro going into Central area.|- There is a bus station that linked to tram and metro in front of the hotel. |- Affordable price. What you get is what you pay. ||Cons:|Missing amenities in the room and not provided items regarding to the hotel description. (£20 CASH ONLY deposit for a hair dryer.)|- Central air-conditioner is not giving you any cold air. Open the window is colder but noisy and insects coming in.|- Small toilet, blockage pipes, litter is not cleaned and full of rubbish. |- Dusty|- Unfriendly receptions with super slow services. They are like just coming work snd go home daily. Noe even have a service minded attitude.|- Tiger mosquitoes and bed bugs. |- Room is not cleaned properly and do not even change towels and bedsheets, just set it all like you come in the room at the first time but there is still a trace of dust and hair.||Disappointed but not surprised. What you pay is what you get but I do not expect to get such things like this in Paris.
1. reception barely speak English, using Google translate 2. she prioritise local first to check in even though an hour earlier, I did ask but room only available at 12pm, another local guest coming at 11:45 and she immediately gave the room while I was there waiting, definitely not first come first serve. I approached after to get my key exactly 12pm but then again needed to wait another 5 minutes. while I was there an hour ago. very disappointed. bad service.
for a hotel price this low, i would definitely give a 5 star! me n my friends came early before check in time, just to ask whether we can dropped off our luggage, but the receptionist immediately gave all our rooms! we can checked in early! the room is totally fine, no bedbugs or anything, the sheets all clean, they also clean our room! yes ofcourse the room n the bathroom is small, but then again, with the price that low, we wouldn’t expect anything more! convenient enough! love all the staff
This hotel offers excellent convenience, situated just a few minutes from the Gennevilliers RER C station. For drivers, the large, free parking lot makes it particularly handy. The room was well-maintained and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, offering great speed and connectivity.
If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Our room had bugs in it and when brought to the attention of the staff they felt due to the type of bug it was ok. The room was disgusting, the bathroom smelled awful, the sink leaked and the ac/heat didn’t work so the room was extremely hot - which didn’t help the sewage smell. I wouldn’t risk staying here, it’s not worth your sanity.
This is a nice small budget hotel in the north of Paris. It is pretty decent because the price we paid was quite cheap. The rooms are pretty decent and the beds are comfortable. There is a TV in the rooms and it is decent based on the price paid for the stay. The bathroom was in the shape of a shower cubicle but it was okay I guess. The staff are really welcoming too and the parking is free too which is an added bonus. I only stayed here for one night but the housekeeping came to the room to knock on the door really early in the morning but other than that my stay was really good. I would definitely recommend coming here as it is definitely worth it for the price that you need to pay.
Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at this two-star hotel in Paris, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The noise from the street was unbearable. The windows had broken seals, so it felt like I was practically outside, with all the traffic noise flooding in. The cleanliness was shockingly bad; I could measure the dust in centimeters. The bathroom was a tiny, plastic cubicle that felt like it belonged in a caravan, with a constant foul odor of sewage and cigarette smoke. The breakfast was very sparse and disappointing. The only positive aspect of my stay was the free parking, but that hardly made up for everything else. The room was infested with tiger mosquitoes and even a few spiders, which made the experience even worse. What’s more shocking is that despite raising these issues with the hotel, they refused to give me a refund. The other rooms they offered had similar problems. To top it all off, I found out that previous guests had even used the pillows — or cushions, to be exact — to kill mosquitoes. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was a nightmare from start to finish.
Stayed here for the Paralympics. Nice affordable hotel near Paris city centre for 3 nights with breakfast. Breakfast very basic though, appreciated the fresh croissants and apple paste and fresh juices. No minibar in the room either, so asked if could leave something in their fridge downstairs and they were kind to do so. Friendly staff and welcoming. The hotel is close to train station, bus and tram stop, where you can reach Paris centre and Paralympic venues within 30 minutes to 1 hour. If you missed the last train, you can still get your way back with metro and then the tram 3 that stops near the hotel. Which was very useful after coming back from Paralympics games in the night.
