An amazing story feeling extremely at home and probably a little bit better than Home. The team was out to spoil us every step of the day from checking in to check out. The stuff is extremely friendly and ambience is very much out of this world. The general manager David is always on the ground making sure that everything is running perfectly. The atmosphere was excellent and the decoration is definitely out of the box. No two rooms are alike.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Our stay at Snow Lodge took place in December 2024 – January 2025. We booked the hotel through an agent and paid a very high price, expecting a high-level hotel as advertised. We booked a “large room” for six people on the top floor. In reality, it was not a proper room but an attic. The ceiling was extremely low, with slanted roofs — adults were constantly hitting their heads. The bathrooms were poorly designed, cramped, and completely impractical. What was especially shocking is that explicit, almost pornographic photographs were hanging on the walls, despite the hotel being clearly informed that we were traveling with children. This is absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate for a family stay. Nothing about this accommodation matched the price we paid. The quality, comfort, design, and overall condition were far below expectations. This is not a 5-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, and honestly not even close. At best, it feels like a low-quality student hostel with cheap interiors and no real artistic or design value. Breakfast was another disappointment. There is no proper breakfast restaurant at all. Downstairs there was only one small table, constantly occupied, creating discomfort and frustration every morning. Our holiday was genuinely ruined. I waited almost a year, hoping the agent would address this issue, but nothing was done. That is why I am writing this review myself now. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone — especially families. The experience was unacceptable, overpriced, and deeply disappointing.

Amazing experience, loved the hotel artistic vibes, staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, food was amazing, hotel and room were so clean, the location was close to everything, they also upgraded our room cuz we arrived 11 pm, it was so nice and thoughtful, I would definitely recommend Snow Lodge hotel to all my friends and will always come back to book it again whenever I’m traveling to Courchevel. Miriam, Vangelis , Torgyn & Sara are like family, they are always ready to solve all your problems! That’s all you need to know. The ambiance is like your own house. And lot’s of ar all around.

We had an absolutely lovely visit to the Snow Lodge in Courchevel 1850. The hotel proprietors Jean-Pierre and Noemie are so wonderful and helpful. They have assembled an amazing staff hotel professionals who are so customer focused and ready to cater to our every need. And…..the location is fantastic! A very short walk to the amazing boutiques and literally access to the slopes ten paces outside the door of the hotel. Pop your skis on and off you go!!. The eclectic decor on its own makes it worth a visit. Jean-Pierre’s passion for art collection has resulted in a wonderfully playful, casual and comfortable place to hang out, whether in your room or in the cozy lobby spaces. The Snow Lodge should be your destination if you plan to visit Courchevel. My husband and I made some lifelong memories here! You should too!

Great experience! A unique and special hotel with its own style. The location is excellent, just meters from the ski slopes. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels i'v ever been. Amazing location, just in front of the slopes. Incredible staff, thay made us feel like home. The hotel itself is beautiful, one of a kind.
