We visited the Vins de Bandol in February, and we're hosted by a very knowledgable, courteous and kind hostess (with a great sense of humour), and deep knowledge of the appelation (in speaking with her we learned that she too was a local winemaker, hence her knowledge!). Not only do they provide a broad spectrum of wines, but she was able to walk us through many of the taste profiles of the wines, and help us make some purchasing decisions (which upon tasting them, proved excellent). As noted by other reviewers, there are tasting available, and they rotate the wines they have open (so local producers are assured of exposure, but not all the wines are available all the time). If you're in Bandol and have any interest in their wines, this is an essential starting point in your exploration.

Lovely store, arrogant employee. We visited Monday 20 April, to be greeted by a man who should either not be in the retail business or should take some refresher training. His manner was supercilious, unhelpful, condescending and left us feeling upset and demeaned. Naturally, we left without buying, despite telling him that we ran a wine tasting group.

We visited recently, and had a great experience here. But it is important to have the correct expectations in advance... Although they have pretty much the full range of Bandol vineyards on display (and much in stock), the tasting is a rotating cast of a couple of reds/roses NOT the full appellation. We were greeted by a charming gentleman who was very happy to talk us through the details of winemaking in the area, and offered tasting as described above. He couldn't have been more helpful and approachable (and spoke good English, for our benefit).

Found the man to be very condescending and putting me in my place about my lack of knowledge of wines. Needs to respect people and not think he is above people, because he knows about wines, came out feeling that he was a snob after the interaction with him

I could not find opening times on the internet but at the door it is closed on Sunday. I hope it is helpful.

Very helpful team here that spoke excellent English. A local producer was on site and we were able to taste the wine. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice and good wines, if you are in the neighbourhood go for a good wine tasting and ask for Tim best guy 👦 in town and buy good quality wines 🍷
