Mes lunettes de vue sont parties en expertise chez Thelios depuis fin août 2025. Depuis 3 mois, Thelios ne répond ni aux mails ni aux appels de l'opticien. Je suis en attente. C'est inacceptable. qu'une marque si réputée agisse de cette sorte.
À fuir la marque LVMH si on rencontre un problème avec la monture d'une paire de lunettes de vue. »

« Only one thing here is the best - location. You can get for any famous tourist attractions just walking for a 10 minutes. Other things are trash. Flats created like huge apartment were sliced for smaller flats. Rooms so tiny, they smells like... I don't know how, but it is terrible. You should keep windows open to get fresh air all the time. There are black mold on bathroom walls. »
