« Vraiment lamentable pas de communication, personne au téléphone ni de réponse par mail.
Le lien commercial inexistant à partir du moment où il y a des "conflits" à gérer.
Attention cogedim/alterea doué pour prélever mais dès qu'il s'agit de rembourser (caution, erreur de prélèvement...) Il n'y a plus personne »
