« This hotel was amazing! My family and I visited Strasbourg, May 2026, for vacation. This place has a great view/courtyard, and also the rooms are very luxurious. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The spa was very quiet and clean. The steaming room and sauna were nice. The pool water was silky and warm. Overall, this place was very nice, and I would recommend it to anybody. »
« We arrived without reservations but they still kindly accommodated us—no waiting time. The place is pretty busy, so I can’t say service is terrible. It just felt like the staff are pre-occupied most of the time, so they wouldn’t give you anything unless you ask for it (like bread while waiting for your food or additional water after they take your empty bottle). The food is amazing, best seafood! »
