« A fuir.... C'est aux finitions qu'on reconnaît les bons ouvriers. Peinture mal faite, pose de parquet et carrelages pas à niveaux, électricité avec malfaçon sur pose prise et interrupteur, .... Un sentiment de travail baclé.. »
