I ordered a sofa (Sia Home brand) from this store, and it was delivered after 13 weeks!!!!! Here are the issues that were very frustrating: 1. The sofa’s packaging was extremely dirty and dusty—so much so that I had to thoroughly clean the entire house. 2. When I tried to install the sofa legs, I realized that the manufacturer (Sia Home) had not drilled the screw holes. I had to do it myself with a drill, even though it was their responsibility. Also, the legs were very low quality and made of plastic. I am not satisfied with my purchase.

I went to the store and ordered a couch and was told it would arrive in 3 days. Then two weeks. After 5 weeks I received delivery confirmation. No delivery showed up. I called to find out it had been ‘damaged’ (they did not even call me) and I have received no refund or delivery. I am very unhappy with the lack of communication with nd furthermore a couch that we needed quickly that’s now been over 5 weeks delayed with no update.

Très beau magasin, immense et avec énormément de choix en décoration et mobilier. Les mises en scène donnent plein d'idées pour aménager son intérieur. Le magasin est bien organisé, agréable à parcourir. Un plaisir de s'y promener, même sans achat prévu.
