I signed their quote months ago, M. Marie said the work would be done "before winter", but I' m still waiting. After numerous phonecalls, I was told they'd be coming "this week or next". This was early November, but of course nobody turned up ,nobody bothered to call and apologize, and when I called, I was told that no future date had been set aside. After yet more phonecalls, I was told they'd be coming this week (December 15th) "probably at the end of the week". On Friday at 10am, I called and was told that they'd had other stuff to do and of course hadn't had the courtesy to tell me... Because I'd stayed at home to wait (in vain) for them, I've missed a pre-Christmas gathering. Particularly galling is the fact that a friend called me the other day wishing to thank me, as I'd recently told them about Marie Toit and the work at his place had already been done. M. Hamel told me this morning they'd be here on January 6th, even though, earlier in the conversation (which ended when he slammed the phone down), he'd said that it was M. Marie who plans the work, not him. Our chimneys are therefore potentially letting in water (which is bad, as our house has had dry rot in the past), our hay is still getting wet, and we won't be able to sit in front of a nice open fire, as they were going to sweep the chimney at the same time. I'm so sad, angry and frustrated I could cry.

Je recommande vivement cette entreprise qui nous a guidé et accompagné sur les choix des matériaux dans notre projet d'extension. Entreprise sérieuse qui a su tenir ses délais. Merci pour le choix de la couverture en zinc noir en adéquation avec notre bardage. Une très belle réalisation grâce à leur professionnalisme.

Une étoile pour le fait qu'ils répondent aux appels téléphoniques mais sinon aucune amabilité au téléphone, toujours pas de devis ou de retour depuis novembre 2023.. quand on appelle pour savoir si le devis est prêt, on nous envoie balader... Quel manque de sérieux !!!!

Une entreprise ou la sécurité fait partie des inconnue... Après avoir vu comment travaille une de leur équipe sur un chantier je ne ferais JAMAIS appel a leur services. Trop dangereux !

Ne réponds pas aux sollicitations après travaux.

Intervention en urgence parfaite et pro !
