I rented with them in November and will do it again in January. The van was clean and worked perfectly. Their customer service responded very quickly and helped me find a solution when I needed to change the return time. Very satisfied!
The car was very dirty on the outside. It has not been cleaned for days, full with bird poo and tree leaves. Otherwise all ok
Let s start by saying that they should have customer service active until 9 pm , I text them at 7 asking if I could arrive a little late . Eventually I manage to come only 40 minutes late , instead of 23,30 it was 00,10 , and I got charged for a whole extra day , insurance included and still got no answer from them
Nope. Never had so many disasters in one rental. I called the emergency department for help and they don't answer any of their extensions. The key fob died and it's a push-on/off ignition so the car wouldn't shut off at the end of my rental period and I couldn't lock it. I couldn't get in touch with the owner or the company. Before returning the car, I filled the gas tank and they still charged me 50€ to replace the gas I used that I already replaced. They need to make sure cars, apps, and contact services are in working order so people aren't dealing with so much stress. Reply to owners reply: your telephone switchboard is entirely in French. I don't know french well enough to use that so I tried every extension and all of them led to me being hung up on. The issue with the key is that it doesn't work so the car won't turn off. It's probably still running in the parking lot where I left it.

Very good car. Excellent response from owner. Easy pickup and delivery
Our local French producer tried to rent a car and due to an empty battery of the key we could not start it or close the door again. It was impossible to cancel our reservation and the rental company could not be reached by phone. We were forced to wait with the unlocked car for hours and due to that we have lost an entire day of work for an film location scouting project. For which our international crew came especially to France. You cannot make your customers responsible for mistakes you make by something so simple as not making sure a key battery is replaced in time. Also, nobody at the company has apologised. Please take your business somewhere else if you want to rent a car in a more professional way, with good service.
Vehicle easy accessible, all functional, no problems with the rental.
