I went to see Dr Tliba for an emergency while being for a short visit in Bizerte. I didn't at all like the way he talked to me and felt disrespected ! I don't know if this is the general attitude he has towards his patients but I can guarantee he won't stay longtime around if he was practicing in north America. Dr Tahar Haddad, Ph.D.
