Be careful with this company, they scam people and use dishonest business practices. (upd: even threatened me with "legal action" for negative Google review🤡) I booked a pre-visit to get an estimate for a kitchen sink installation. Their technician quoted me around €200. However, when the installer came to do the job, the final bill was more than double. He claimed the work turned out to be “more difficult than expected” and charged me for 5 hours of installation.I really doubt that a simple sink installation can take 5 hours and cost nearly €500. What’s the point of a pre-visit if they change the price afterwards? This feels like nothing more than a scam to overcharge clients. For reference, it was just a basic square sink from Hornbach, realistically a 1-hour job at max Upd:Their answer only confirms my words-this is not an honest business. What kind of company threatens customers for a negative review? Seems this is how they keep 4 stars: by deleting negative reviews. Accusing customers of being competitors instead of addressing the issue only proves my point about their so-called “business” practices.

I had a very positive experience with AlloServices. We had to replace two taps. I was asked to send pictures in advance and the technician (George) came with all the necessary replacement pieces. He was fast and friendly. Everything worked well afterwards.

AlloService is a good company. I contacted them last night, they set an appointment early this morning. Jean Claude came, he fixed the water problem quickly, he cleaned. And now the kitchen is ready to be used normally. Thank you Jean Claude.

I have used this company several times since last year. Their greatest strength is they try to accommodate your emergencies as soon as possible - you can get someone to come the day after you request an appointment, However, I find that they are basically just that - good for quick fixes and emergencies. Pretty much like first responders. Last year, I needed a plumber to fix my faucet. No problem - it was replaced with the same one and was fine until it stopped swivelling and was even about to come off the sink. So I got another one to tighten it. He said that it was not fixed properly and should not be moved at all. Also said that we should aim for a better quality faucet. Hey, this is a swivel kitchen tap! He felt that it was not right to charge me 101 euros for tightening a faucet so the cost was half. Thanks. Conclusion - plumbers have different opinions but I would go with the first plumber - he got it to work as it should - only problem - not for long. Hence, I have my doubts how their plumbers work. The beginning of this year, I got someone to mount a videophone. Ok it took him 4 hours to do it and the piece is half hanging on the wall. I even had to make it work with an app. He had no clue where to find the codes. For nearly 400 euros, it was a bit much. In addition, he said that if I pay by bank transfer, there is a 5 euro surcharge. NP - I paid with the card. Next, I called them to send somebody to fix my shutters. When he came, he just said it's broken, raised and lowered it. Charged 90 euros plus 11 for transport. Fine. I called again because the shutters were stuck. Omg - another 101 euros. Basically, highway robbery!!! In conclusion, please go to specialists if you want something done properly. I find their prices exorbitant - 90 euros when they come whatever they do plus transport. That's really expensive and not worth the money at all because in the end, nothing was done properly for me. I regret to say this, but I am not going to use their serv
