PIERRE DE SEINE REHABILITATION

If I could I would have given no stars….if you’re considering renting or buying a property made by this developer I strongly advice you to consider twice, thrice or just listen to me - don’t do it. A complete disaster. Flooded basement and cave, leaks in bathrooms and terraces (my poor neighbors!), poor workmanship, careless finishing, subpar quality of materials used, missing pieces in the apartment, and most of all a terribly constructed terrace that is a breeding ground and heaven for mosquitoes…thousands of mosquitoes now live with us. A completely unusable terrace that’s causing major health issue. Windows have to be shut as a result, no airflow into the apartment. Ignorant develop who refuses to own up to the problems and carelessly place blame on the residents. Utterly disappointed. Avoid at all cost. RESPONSE TO PIERRE DE SIENE'S COMMENT BELOW As you can see, typical response from the company. This is what you can expect if you were to purchase a property from them. Always quoting rules and regulations back at you. It's evident that they make theoretical buildings without any considerations of you: the people living in the spaces. They DO NOT CARE. They spend more time on keyboards. Not once since we told them about the issues have they offered to come diagnose / see it for themselves. I pray for anyone who have bought an apartment made by them. All I can say is good luck and GOD bless you.

Très satisfait de mon expérience avec Pierre de Seine. J’ai acheté un appartement neuf dans le cadre d’un investissement locatif, et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. Le bien est de qualité, livré dans les délais, et conforme à ce qui avait été présenté. L’équipe a été disponible, professionnelle et à l’écoute tout au long du processus. Je recommande sans hésiter pour ceux qui cherchent un investissement serein et bien accompagné.

Très mauvaise expérience avec Pierre de Seine. Un appartement neuf acheté sur plan, avec pleins de problèmes lors de la livraison et un retard important de plus de 6 mois. Plus de nouvelles ni d'image depuis la réception du bien, et aujourd'hui, toujours des problèmes non réglés. Je ne recommande pas du tout... attention à vous

1ère expérience avec Pierre de Seine. Malgré un retard de livraison important je suis globalement satisfaite de mon studio. Les matériaux utilisés et les finitions sont de qualité. Il y a eu également une bonne communication tout au long des travaux par l’équipe Pierre de Seine.

Un promoteur qui sait choisir des lieux magiques pour construire ses ensembles immobiliers. Une vue magnifique et un immeuble de très belle qualité !
