Lovely well equipped apartment, we opted for the comfort Mountain View which was just beautiful. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The apartment had more than enough pots/pans etc to prepare meals. We used the pool sauna and hot tub most days which was great after skiing. There is a shelf in the reception area with products that previous guests have left behind such as coffee filters/herbs etc. There was also board games in the cupboards there. The sweet treat at 5pm everyday looked yummy although we were usually not around at that time. The proximity to the gondola is great, a short walk. We hired our gear from Xtrême glisses which was great as it was enroute and meant we had even less of a walk in the ski boots. The apartment block is very close to the lake for a lovely walk and also not far to town. Perfect location really.

My wife and I have just returned from the MMV Samoëns Village where we stayed for a weeks ski break. The apartment was excellent with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Lisa on reception was lovely and spoke excellent English which we greatly appreciated (I’m embarrassed that our French isn’t better!). The location is difficult to beat being about halfway between the Grand Massif gondola and the village centre - it is at the bottom of a no-through road, so there is no passing traffic. The pool and spa was great - our only comment is the pool and hot tub could have been a little warmer. We will be going back!.

Our estate was absolutely perfect as a family of four. The apartments are lovely and spacious, clean and modern and have everything you need if you’d like to self cater. The reception and lobby area is also perfect for a post ski chillout and has lots of things for the kids to entertain themselves with and a really lovely Bar to chill out in next to the pool table. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room are also a really nice welcome addition for the end of the day. We will absolutely be returning and cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent value for money.

Very hard to contact MMV in advance of stay. Wanted to add ski equipment hire to our stay but message was ignored, even though we received an acknowledgement it had been received. Email address to contact Samoens reception is not available until *after* checking in when you find a link to the portal in your room, which is pointless. Was forced to spend lots of money on international calls trying to call reception ahead of stay but was regularly cut off with message saying no one available.||||When we did manage to get through on the phone to someone to add parking to our stay, we were told one price on the phone, but when we arrived to check in, the parking information was recorded wrong and then we were told the price was 30EUR more than was quoted on the phone. Response from reception to deal with this was unhelpful and uncaring and we were forced to accept the price with no acknowledgment of the mistake. MMV were just more interested in taking our money. Even if the parking price was charged as agreed, looking at the options in Samoens, the price is outrageously high anyway.||||Bedroom walls in the apartment/chalet are very thin. This is evident when people are having to adjust position in the beds due to how uncomfortable they are, and you can hear them easily. (To be fair, we hardly heard people in the next apartment; it's just walls within the apartments are paper thin.) Pillows are ridiculously soft as if half the stuffing is missing. Only one of the beds was made up. Had to put bed linen on ourselves.||||For a 6-night stay, we were provided with only one toilet roll and three dishwasher tablets. Totally inadequate.||||The only good thing I can say about this place is the location is very convenient.

We had such a great stay at MMV Samoens, the staff was really nice and friendly. Additional thanks to Blandine for taking care of our 2 year old daughter, we were able to ski and she had a really fun time with Blandine at the baby club. Thanks to all the staff again

We booked our first skitrip together with Sunweb and got an apartment with 1 twinbed and one sofa in the living room for another 2 people, but honestly I am glad that we came with just the 2 of us. The sofabed was not very comfortable, but cozy enough for a movie night! The apartment was just fine, we got everything we needed (except for a handsoap, that would have been nice) and had a pooltable in the main area. The swimming pool (and jacuzzi) were a plus and the hotel was just a 10 meters walk from the gondola Grand Massif Express. We parked our car 5 min away for free and here is the best part when it comes to the service of the kind hotel staff.. The first day of skiing didn’t go so well and I got scared, so it took us very long to get down all the way from the top at 2200 meters. At that point, the skilifts were closed and we had to go to the road and call a taxi. Almost all of the taxis didn’t even answer the phone or weren’t available (or an hour away from us). Luckily we ended up in Les Carroz by lifting with a kind man who also got stuck at the same place and by traveling to the next village with the bus (Les Carroz as told). We tried calling so many taxis there too and here the same problem repeated.. So I decided to just call the hotel to see if they had any solutions to this problem. And we were soooo thankful for Alissa (I am sorry if I spelled your name wrong), because she called her colleague Sylvain and he drove 35 minutes (back AND forth) to come get us!! Really, even if everything else would’ve been bad (which it wasn’t, just to be clear!), she made our stay a whole lot more pleasant!! Thank you so much for showing that there are still some helpful people with big hearts, we really appreciate you!!

It's ok. The apartment itself is decent, clean and in good condition but it's very small. Preparing and serving a meal is difficult due to a lack of space and supplied utensils. Reception seems to close very early. The 'bar' closes at 8pm, which even by my standard is pathetically early. The heated pool is 'fresh' shall we say and the hot tub would be more aptly named a tepid tub. It's also small for the size of place having room for 8 people max. That said, it's soooo tepid you don't want to stay in it for very long. It's pretty well placed though, and just a 5 min walk to the ski lift, bakery, pizza restaurant and ski hire. One thing I will say in it's favour are the mattresses are incredibly good. The pillows not so much.

Fabulous. Family of 5. Lots of space, super clean, cant fault the accommodation. We are new to skiing, for us location was brilliant just a short walk to the gondola or to the main centre, all of which is stunning. I love the scenery. Big shout out to Adrian at MMV who looked after us so well, super friendly helpful staff make your holiday that little bit extra special.
