What a wonderful discovery. Excellent selection of nuts and spices at reasonable prices. First time I found true southeast Asian cinnamon (the spicy hot kind) in Paris. This variety is from Plantation Kampot in Cambodia and is the most flavorful I've tried. Great grain selection too with whole oat groats, which are also hard to find. If they could carry steel cut oats they would be the perfect store for me. Still can't find steel cut oats in Paris.
Many good products for cheap ! And a beautiful orange kitty to pet
This is a gem, you can find amazing products in really good prices, plus the owner is very friendly and helpful! As a Greek in Paris I’m really happy to discover this place
Sabah is a specialty store that carries products from the around the Mediterranean. It has an olive bar that includes pickled vegetables, preserved lemons, and in-house harissa. There is a wall of oils - olive, walnut, peanut, etc. - that will fulfill all your coking needs. It has the most extensive selection of dried beans, grains, and nuts that I have found in Paris. There are cheeses from Lebanon, Greece, and even Hungary. And the wall of alphabetically ordered spices will inspire curiosity while you stock up on your regular spices. Service is always fast, efficient, and pretty friendly.
Well-stocked corner store with Middle Eastern foods. Get your Zataar or El Arosa tea here and top it off with some upscale pepper from Java or Cambodia.
Rice, beans, dried fruits, nuts, cereals and spices for all kinds of world cooking. huge pots of yogurt and feta cheese all reasonably priced. Olives of every color, fresh pita and lavash breads. this is a wonderland of world food. highly recommended and come in the morning and enjoy the market which is open until 1:15 pm. Sabah is open all day everyday 8am to 7:30 pm.
Serviceable oriental delicatessen that has both a feta and an olive bar, not far from the gym (Fitness Park) and all the shops of Faubourg Saint Antoine. I travel from far just to buy my feta here (and I buy eight pounds at at time of the stuff). This store isn't as big as others of its ilk (like its bigger brother Les Délices D'Orient in the 15th arrondissement) but between varieties of tea, halvah, a cornucopia of nuts and aromatic herbs, you'll probably leave here a satisfied customer.
You can find a lot of lebanese, tunisian and syrian products there, especially the cheese(akkawi, double creme..) and coffee(najjar). The prices are good also.
