Extremely disappointed. Since the new group took over, the soul and expertise of this dealership/workshop have vanished. I waited days for someone to pick up the phone for a simple wheel bearing quote, only to be quoted €1,700! The workshop looks like it’s staffed by trainees who shouldn't be touching high-performance vehicles. Having experienced serious mechanical negligence recently with this group—which has now led to a formal legal dispute—I no longer feel safe putting my family in a car serviced here. Overpriced and undertrained. Run away. Run very far away.
very poor service ; my Uk car was faulty and they did not repair it (they fix something else ??!!). Brought a french car , and had something to be checked. Impossible to reach them. I had to go there to have an appointment. Dropped the car .. no news for the day. I called the reception , oh yes we call you back tomorrow morning, 11.45 still nothing, closed propmtly at 12.00. I have no car and no idea when I will get it. worst customer service. The FR was my 6th range rover and I think the last one.

Disappointing. I dropped my car off for a service, (arranged 6 weeks ago), and took a day off work as I would be without my car. Two hour later they call me to say due to an error with one of their technicians own cars,( apparently stuck on the ramp) and their second technician being off work today, they are unable to do the service today but will do it tomorrow.I am without my car and so obviously not happy, and I cannot take another day off work tomorrow, so am now taking a second cab to go and collect my car. A luke warm apology when I wasn't impressed. I have always found their staff very patronising and apathetic, and today they excelled in their indifference. I think its such a shame that this iconic brand is represented by such an unprofessional team.
I'd a very good welcome at this workshop, I'd a problem with my battery and they repaired it quickly. Big thanks to Melody and Julien.

Good place to go with your RR . With good knowledge and although same owner its a much better place to go than BAC Monaco
