Goof hotel: clean and comfortable. Pets friendly. comfortable online check-in

Charmless, very basic room. No tea making facilities, no iron, no carpet, but plenty of mould in the shower. Hard bed, tiny pillows, very uncomfortable. Staff only work during certain hours, some lovely, but others had a very bad attitude which I had to call him out on. Nasty industrial area, very dirty surrounds, rubbish all over the pavements. Won't be returning.

A very simple hotel, but our room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Good bed. Too expensive for the standard! Very nice staff. Easy to find, just beside the highway, and close to the airport. It was unexpectedly quiet inside. Free parking. No restaurant, but OK breakfast

Nice hotel, big parking !

The most important thing: book this hotel only if you have a car OR you want to visit Eurexpo! The hotel was really nice, The room and toilet were clean, The bed was super comfortable and it was so quiet, sleeping was one of the best i had in a hotel! However, the location is not for visiting Lyon centre! I had to leave very early to get a metro and a bus and i walked like 35-40 till hotel. I repeat only if you have CAR or want to visit Eurexpo. The area does not have anything else in a distance of 1-2 km apart from factories...

I had a very negative experience. Unfortunately, the staff lacks professionalism and responsibility, failing to prioritize client satisfaction—all at our expense. It feels like we’re paying to be denied decent service.||The heating system in my room didn’t work,and I waited nearly three hours for a solution without any clear communication from the receptionist. She insisted, falsely, that the heating in my room was working. She refused to take further action and declined to call or connect me with her supervisor, even suggesting that “I can sleep at the reception if I wanted”. She was dismissive, stating that she didn’t care because her shift was ending soon and that she wouldn’t arrange another room.||Eventually, the manager intervened, and I was moved to another room with a working heating system.||Unprofessional staff with a serious lack of customer service experience!

Our stay here was nice. Spacious rooms, clean linen and firm beds. The was a eat all you can buffet Breakfast which was nice. It at little out of the way if you are planning on visiting Lyon. About 25mins by car. Handy to the airport so works well for these connections.

I had to stop over for one night at this hotel on my way back home from the mountains. I was a very pleasant stay. The person at the reception was extremely helpful and courteous. I asked for a taxi to be booked to the airport and she did that right away. The food was heated and brought to my room and it was very good. Room was very clean and quite spacious. Good bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was just what I needed with a good selection of food. I certainly recommend this hotel. Overall all my stays at B&B were always good, that's why I chose them whenever there is an option.
