I stayed here with a few friends for the Cannes film festival The flat was lovely , clean and functional plus it had great showers 🚿 There is a laundry here plus the swimming pool? Yes it has an infinity view The bus is five minute walk away down a very steep Hill so be mindful of that The views are stunning over French Riviera I will admit, I didn’t spend much time in the premises as I was at the film festival mostly The pool is great, though plus sunbathing is great around the pool For the money, it was great value🏊
I'm not entirely happy with this choice. I had to use Uber, which increased the cost because it's far from the center, and it's a long way to the bus stop to walk in the heat. The place is small and needs renovation, there's an old smell. Sunbeds at the pool are charged extra, and there aren't enough bedding for two people. Everything should be included in the price.
Cute apartment with stunning views to the sea. Clean and cozy. Located close to the seaside. Easy access to the city center by bus- bus station at 5 min waking distance. The area is quiet with a very beautiful scenery.
Very nice place for its money. The rooms not big but it’s ok if you are staying most of the time outside. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need there. The sea is not far from the apartment. The pool was really nice. I like this place and can recommend it.
We booked an accommodation in this residence which is managed by maeva through Booking.com, and it turned out to be a nightmare from start to finish. We paid a total of 1,616.10 euros plus 65.62 euros in tourist tax (for 10 nights), and what we got in return was beyond unacceptable. 1. Arrival and Check-In: We arrived exactly at the designated check-in time of 5 PM. Despite this, we were forced to wait 1.5 hours in a hallway with broken chairs. When we asked about the delay, the receptionist rudely told us, "You paid for the night, not for the day," and left us waiting until 6:30 PM to receive our keys. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable. 2. Disgusting Room Conditions: Upon entering the room, we found it in an appalling state. The cleaning staff were still there and informed us that they had "just arrived." The apartment was filthy with hair everywhere, stains on the mattresses and pillows, used towels lying around, and crumbs on the floor. The cleaning staff were using old, dirty rags without any proper cleaning supplies. The kitchen utensils were equally dirty, with crumbs in the drawers, making them unusable. 3. Misleading Information: The room was not as advertised. It was supposed to have been renovated in 2023, but everything was old, run-down, and some furniture was broken. There was supposed to be a bunk bed, but instead, there was an old, dirty bed with a filthy, stained mattress. Additionally, the listing mentioned that Wi-Fi was available for a fee (39 euros per week!), but this service was never even offered to us. To make matters worse, essential items like toilet paper and soap were missing, and bed linens and towels had to be rented separately, which was not clearly stated in the booking details on booking.com. 4. Unbearable First Night: We were forced to endure the first night sitting up because the room was so filthy that we couldn't even lie down. With a child in tow, we had no other option at that hour but to stay. The next mornin
This hotel/condo complex has seen better days. Some serious updating would help. The pool is huge and has great views of the Med, but it was also quite dirty and at times overcrowded. Not much in the way of lifeguards either, so keep an eye on kids or anyone who isn't a strong swimmer. It costs 4 euros per beach chair and it's in shifts from 0900-1400 and 1400-1900 as the pool closes by 1945. No restaurant on site and it's a steep walk down to the beach with the nearest restaurant about 15+ mins away. Uber Eats worked fine for delivery here. It's pretty tired looking in the interior. Stayed in a condo owner's unit which was fine but cramped for four people. The units are often designed and updated with the A/C located in the living room/kitchen area which means the bedroom has no A/C or fan. As others have said, leaving the windows open doesn't work well at times with some guests getting drunk and loud into the late hours of the night or having cigarette smoke waft in through open windows. Be sure to keep deck door and front door locked given incidents of theft as well. Not planning to return. Best to look elsewhere.
The staff were lovely, and the hotel is fantastic. The kitchenette is a brilliant addition and the staff have sushi and pizza menus if you want to order in. The pool is lovely and relaxing. There is a coach from Nice airport which is on time, air conditioned and runs every 30 mins. However you are rewarded with beautiful views. Generally this hotel has everything you need in a calm, relaxed, quiet and beautiful setting.
We had to upgrade our room, because the first room was really tiny with no view. After upgrading our room had see view and was bigger. Rooms are not really clean and everything is old. Pool had nice view. The restaurant at the hotel wasn't good at all. We went two times and both times really disappointing. And the staff at restaurant is unfriendly. But altogether it is not bad place to stay with big family on budget. I personally would next time book different place.
