I was very excited when I started to work at Assar, but that feeling quickly dissipated after only 2 months because of my colleagues who often used to argue with each other, didn't communicate properly, shout at me or have passive agressive attitudes with me etc. Although I was working well and i had very good feedback from others, my colleagues took credit for my efforts and put a bad word about me in the direction, who btw took their side only because they worked there longer than me. On top of all that, the pay was miserable, and for 1 year and a half, I didn't see a pay rise or recognition for my professionalism.

L'hôpital Delta de Bruxelles est vraiment mal conçue pour les personnes âgées. Difficultés pour se garer dans le parking, panneaux indicatif difficiles à comprendre pour les personnes en difficultés C est un véritable labyrinthe, de plus de vue de dehors il est affreux.
