AIMYA SAINT TROPEZ

where do i even begin with this place. it is pretty cheap and you get what you pay for, but it’s still pretty unacceptable in my eyes. the guy at reception was helpful but we got hit with fees we were not told about when booking, and we had to go back and pay an extra €35 for bedding and towels as there weren’t any available for us. the mobile home itself was tiny, manageable for the two nights we were there, but not pleasant by any means. we were terrified of doing anything as we had seen about the €85 cleaning fee, therefore we couldn’t relax. something important to note is they do not provide ANYTHING. as i said, no towels or bedding, no toilet paper, hand soap, ANYTHING. we got there late ish and didn’t know this so didn’t have any amenities. the home itself was not clean at all, the bedding had marks on it even though we had paid for fresh ones, marks on the walls, dead bugs in the lights, open flame in the boiler, the tv did not work- i could go on. the pool was one of the only redeeming features of this place but nothing special. we dined at the restaurant on the first night and could not even eat half our pizzas because they were so bad. absolute waste of money. the campsite promises a quiet time of 11pm-8am but they do not enforce this. our neighbours all around were being incredibly loud until 2am so i could not sleep, that wasn’t helped by the uncomfortable beds and hot temperature as the ac didn’t seem to work well either. outside toilets are disgusting too. overall would not recommend, even for the price.

It was a little nice and clean place. And it was a very warm welcome. Very Nice to gave a cardplay for the kids. The mobilehome was good and clean and the camping resort was clean and it was enjoyable that no cars was inside. |We have one recommendations: the slide at the pool should be open all Day.|

A nice camping, uncomplicated. Many trees, palms and plants. A very nice fresh pool. Calm and friendly. The only minus are the mosquitos.

We have been travelling around France and booked a week here in July. The location of the site is good being just a short drive to the beaches and some lovely villages. The caravan we booked was superb. It was very new, of modern design and quite simply, one of the best mobile units we have ever stayed in.The amenities on site are nothing special; just a small pool and a very plain bar/restaurant serving average food. Not really a problem though as there is so much else in the vicinity.||The main problem with this site is the layout. A lot of money appears to have been spent providing new units and pathways etc. However, most of these are inaccessible by car so you have to park in the car park and load up a little trolley (of which there only seems to be about 5 in total) with your luggage/provisions etc. You may think this is not a problem but I can assure you it is in 30+ degree temperature. It's a good 5 minute walk to most of the units from the car park and we had to make several journeys. This obviously has to be repeated when you leave.||A good value site with good accommodation, but you need to be fit with minimal luggage to stay in the new accommodation.

Advertise a completely different location. Poor communication. I would not recommend.

|Be warned. This campsite has major issues. Starting with the office staff, whom are impolite rude and incompetent. ||The grounds are unkempt and scruffy.||The facilities are basic. ||The activities are a minimum and laughable.||The bin area is a health hazard.||The pool is fine but has no shade. ||The restaurant is ok. Campsite dining. ||The mobile homes are good, unfortunately this is out weighed by the complete lack of ground maintenance and obnoxious staff. ||You have been warned. This is not a good or an average campsite.

Super clean and quiet place to use to stay to travel around the area. The kitchen is fully equipped so very convenient - the refrigerator is huge! :) It is a shame the WIFI is not included in the rent - quite pricey option to buy for few devices.

We just loved the pool, the mobilehome and the area. We loved the kindness of the staff. We loved the pizzas from the restaurant.We will be back next year for sure. And we will be better prepared to the fight against the mosquitos cause the also love this place.
