The hotel was easy to find and clean but we arrived in the middle of the night after a long trip and I had to wait at the door good minutes with 2 children to get the reservation number as they didn’t email me and the customer service guy wasn’t to helpful. The lady who is running the reception was very kind and made a great breakfast.

We have been staying in B&B Hotels since 2000. We have not been using them recently and were a bit disappointed in the drop in standards. No hairdryer in room, no hot food at breakfast. B&B used to be a cut above the other budget hotels but now are just the same as them. However still good value for the price.

This is by far the worst stay i have had in my life. Please be careful if travelling with young children as there are no safety locks on the windows. I thought this was a necessity for a hotel. So we had to keep them closed as we have an 11 and 7 year old. The room reached 40 degrees and do fans available. Also they gave the wrong reference and had to use the self checking so that didn't work. The room itself was no good. Drawings all under one of the bunk buds that terrified the kids. TV remote didn't working the pillows were stained and paper thin. Lastly covered in bites on leaving. Hotel refused any sort of refund. Avoid at all costs! It looks much nicer in the photos than it actually is.

Best place to stay if you are arriving late after a long drive before or after the shuttle and just need a place to crash. Suoer easy to checking and very affordable. Great water pressure in the shower. Have not had time to enjoy the breakfast yet even though I was here twice in 2-3 weeks. But I will come back if I take the shuttle again. And try to make the time for sure. Thank you

Great location and value for our stop over in Calais after a late night crossing from the UK. After a bit of hassle using the automated check in (different code from 3rd party booking provider) we had a clean and tidy room with nice bathroom. Air conditioning would have been a bonus as it was very hot but can't complain too much for the price. I'd definitely stop again.

We managed a good night's sleep despite the bed being very hard. Ideally located for the ferry port. The room has everything you need for an overnight stay, would not recommend for a longer stay.

This is one of B&B's simpler hotels. Rooms are basic but always clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple and self service but good. We tend to use B&B for overnight stays during longer journeys and they are perfect for our needs un that circumstance.

Convoluted entry as no reception. All done through QR code and phone. Room clean but did smell of cigarettes. Convenient for ferry and tunnel. Not a lot around the hotel especially on a Sunday.
