Security person very nice men. Sawar,coffee also free.wc with water facilities .i am stell weating for 3 hours in loding process.because other facilities are compromise to proposes

On 19.08 I arrived at the site at 00:00 and had to wait more than 6 hours for unloading. During this time I received no information about the reason for the delay and the office staff were unacceptably rude. When I asked questions I was met with mockery and ridicule which subjected me to humiliation. I was not allowed to take my jacket from the cabin, even though I asked when I arrived. I was also supposed to drop the trailer, but this was refused with the explanation that there were no spaces, even though I was scheduled to load again at the same site the following day. As a result my working day exceeded 15 hours, which violates normal working conditions and creates serious difficulties in my job. I consider this level of treatment and organization completely unacceptable.

7hours to unload then 3hours for loading, ETZ2 can be granted with 1st place for the worst french amazon FC.

None of the amazon's warehouse ever had a problem with leaving my stuff (broom and two plastic boxes full of straps) next to the trailer's wheel to this time. Yard Marshall insisted that I have to left it on the trailer, which seemed kinda strange for me (amazon's rules - trailer has to be empty) so still I wanted move it to the ground, yard marshall didn't let me do that, I asked twice to be ashured If i had to left it on the trailer. After the loading I haven't seen my stuff on the back so I asked where they are - they told me it's on the front of trailer, also I asked twice if they sure about that - yes. Guess what, none of that things was found on the unloading. So, blue-pinkish hair girl, let people do what they do next time, better for everyone. Nonetheless it is kinda fun to read other comments that something get lost on that warehouse - hope it was only oversight ;)

Very good amazon ever i seen, friendly staff, coffee, shower, water.. Quick loading & unloading.. Another thing to mention is the parking and shopping facilities nearby.. Everything is great.🥰

Very pleasant and helpful all employees,company have strict rules that must be followed. A completely empty trailer for loading, a customs rope, and security escort you to the waiting room where there is everything from coffee, toilets, juices, table football, and everything is free... all honor to these people and the company!

This is such a very nice place for a truck driver, they provide a rest place for a driver while waiting for unloading.
