This hotel is well situated for the metro and offers low cost secure parking.||However our experience wasn’t great . A very small cramped room, e.g a desk and chair but so close to the bed , we couldn’t pull it out . No bedside shelf/table, not room to pass each other by the beds .|Curtain hung onto the kettle . |We requested housekeeping, towels removed and not replaced, no cleaning , no hostess tray filled up, never had any milk. |Breakfast basic.

The only thing it has of Paris is the name. Its far from Paris and yoy will have to use public transportation. Restaurant is closed on weekends.

We stayed at Campanile in bobigny, Paris for 10 days, and overall, the experience did not match the expectations of a “family-friendly” hotel. There were several issues we encountered during our stay. There was no coffee machine or easily accessible water dispenser in the lobby. The only option was a vending machine, and even for water, we had to ask staff to access the dispenser inside—which was inconvenient. The rooms lacked basic essentials such as a coffee machine, fridge, iron, and microwave. For a hotel that presents itself as family-friendly, this was disappointing. One day we received very poor quality towels—old, worn out, and even torn in a few places. I have photos to prove this. The bathroom only had a 3-in-1 soap dispenser, which is not ideal. Separate soap and shampoo should be standard Most staff were okay, but some were not friendly at all. One night I came back around midnight and asked a bald male staff member if I could fill water from the dispenser, and he rudely told me to buy it from the vending machine. When I told him the hotel didn’t feel friendly, he just ignored it. To be fair, not all staff were rude—but a few certainly were, which affected the overall experience. This hotel may be okay for a short or solo stay, but for families or longer stays, I would not recommend it.

I came here with a group and with my family. We were out almost the whole day, so it was a relief. The bathtubs are terrible; they are curved, and there isn't any platform to stand on. My mother slipped from the inside of the tub to the outside, almost fracturing her spine. Outrageous how they don't have shower mats, or even metal bars to grab yourself. Not wheelchair accessible, don't come If you have a discapacity. The buffet was okay, the toilets didn't flush though, which was very bad. Service was okay, I guess. The bathtub door moves, which is not safe. THE ELEVATOR IS SO SMALL, IT GETS COLLAPSED. My experience was 4/10. It was quiet, the hallways smelled like cigarettes, smoke and it smelled funky. Clean your hotel, please.

The hotel is well worth the money. Rooms were in good conditions. The beds were a little uncomfortable but still again for the price it was ok. Breakfast was not good choice. Adding Breakfast for extra charges is not worth it. If it comes as part of the package then you can. I would still visit again but don't want to pay for Breakfast as France has lot of cafe you can have nice breakfast in.

The hotel was great for what we needed it for, sleeping. We did ask the staff for some extra towels and pillows (because they were the worst pillows ever) and they said no which was strange. The staff otherwise was very helpful and they knew English which made the stay a little easier. The area around the hotel was not the greatest and there wasn’t a lot of options for food.
