Everything was perfect with my order. Both of my vinyls were in perfect condition as you see on the pictures. The delivery took just 10 days for Greece. The prices were also fair. I'm definitely recommend it and for sure I will come back for a new order!!!

So I sent Diggers Factory an email yesterday to ask about an ETA for my West Coast Xmas order, last thing I got from them was an email in early Jan confirming my order would be shipping soon. They responded today, just to cancel my order and to inform me that the item is out of stock. Needless to say I’m PISSED. Were these guys just going sit on my money unless I emailed them? And what’s with the stock issue, I ordered the records in good time? These are the same people who incorrectly let the Cookin Soul release go live on their website earlier than scheduled (which I gave CS the heads up about) I then waited for actual drop day to place an order, just to be screwed out of my purchase altogether and now don’t have the option of purchasing another variant either. Thanks for the lame and incompetence filled experience!

Worst store ever! I have pre-ordered a item to be sure to receive the items. Never received them, I have only receide an email from Mondial when my parcel allready left the pick-up store. Any email to them didn't get any replay. Also DF never contacted my for a solution/refund from the returned item. Where is my packet, is it been resold (double profit for DF), never and never will I rebuy anything here!!

Great quality records and good prices. The shipping was pretty quick and they have albums that are made by some of the best orchestras.

Avoid under all circumstances. Placed an order that was announced to be shipped in october. Nothing so far. Just "Order in preparation". No communication. E-mails not been answered. 450€ gone? I'll inform the band about this extra poor customer experience, to avoid any further damage in the relation with their fans.

Customer service is the best I ever experienced! Vinyl quality is superb! I had problem with my local parcel company which lost my vinyl and then somehow send it back to diggers. Sampion from Diggers was answering all my questions within a few hours and helped me to refund the purchase and when vinyl suddenly arrived back to Diggers he immediately informed me and created special link to make the purchase again. I now have my limited edition vinyl home and it was great experience to solve problem with Diggers. 10/10 definitely buying again. Thank you Diggers Factory 👍

Great French company which pioneers releases that would otherwise never see the light of day. It requires a fabulous taste and knowledge of this rare music to recognize the albums that require a limited release on vinyl. Also the choice of coloured vinyl or picture discs is exquisite together with the album art. It is quite rare that a company specialized in pressing a couple of 100 of copies for such releases. I have a very good feeling and experience as a customer with this company, and I hope they can continue doing what they do, further improve and grow. I will keep following their releases and buying them as long as possible!

They're a 10 ! I've only ordered one record so far, which arrived way before the due date in perfect condition. The order process was smooth and the follow-up on the order status was friendly, clear and timely. Most importantly of course the music is amazing. Thanks Diggers Factory, I will definitely monitor new releases.
