I've stayed in this chain-branded hotel in many cities and countries, and offerings are pretty much across-the-board equal. Though this Amiens branch was much more expensive than other cities/countries, all offerings were the same. I found the standard double room to be much smaller than other cities, which was a surprise. No kettles were standard and I later found out I needed to "pre-ask" for one in my room, I received one the second day, though I was told there were very few available, thus the need to reserve one. However, this wasn't stated anywhere on the branch's specific page. The room irself, again, was much smaller than other B&B Hotels I've stayed in. The shower was pretty much ridiculous, as it had a single setting and needs replacing with one that works -- the water from the showerhead did nothing but spray outwards in all directions, getting everywhere. I tried cleaning it and seeing if the tiny holes could be moved, but was unsuccessful. If it was for one night, it would've been tolerable -- I stayed four nights and trying to take a shower to actually wash one's body was nothing more than a chore. It was even difficult to wash one's face as the water shot out to all sides. I'm surprised that the room cleaners have never mentioned this to the managers. Perhaps they have, but there's not really any "caring" or "concern"? I don't know.The bar and restaurant were closed for the entire time I was there, with the exception of breakfast. The bar's ice machine was turned off so no ice was available -- thankfully, as it was quite hot for most of the time I was there, one receptionist turned it on and so I was able to have all the ice I wanted for my drinks. Thanks for that! There was a microwave available for guest use, which was also helpful as I found Amiens a bit spendy for eating and so bought most of my food from supermarkets.Had I not had a special members' rate for multiple days that included breakfast, I would not have spent extra money on that feature

Booked a family room for 3 adults for an overnight stay in transit from Alsace to Normandy. It was a big saving not having to book 2 rooms. The room and bathroom were clean. Ample storage space. Wi-fi worked well. Breakfast was OK. Overall package was excellent value. If you are looking for a hotel for a romantic weekend this might not be the best choice, but for a simple short stay it was very good.

Hotel is in a great spot in Amiens. Close to the main attractions. Breakfast was well laid out and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is on the street or car park round the corner.

You have to be skinny to get between the wall and the right side of the bed. You get 2 small bath towels and two small paper cups.

Excellent hotel with welcoming well managed staff. Clean & great value considering its proximity to the Cathedral. Buffet breakfast had a huge selection all served in a bright and spacious room. Safe underground parking make it perfect.

Five stars for a budget hotel. Not luxury but such a good value overnight stay in Amiens B&B. The hotel was in a great location, with easy parking in street, although we could have used secure underground parking. Room was clean and a decent size. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Friendly and helpful staff. A small bar with pool table available. Good coffee and pretty good selection at breakfast. The evening restaurant was closed but this didn’t bother us as there were so many choices nearby.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a great location in Amiens. Would certainly book again if in the area.

The lady on check in was very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. But as the website said booking a car parking space was not possible we arrived to find it full. This resulted in a wasted 45 minutes, after already driving for 7 hours, trying to find somewhere nearby to park. The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom and the toilet door lock was painted shut. Also there was no kettle in the room and because the hotel was full, we were told that there was no way we could be given one.
