The boss is grumpy and rather unfriendly. Especially when you come last minute on a Saturday morning with no reservation whatsoever. 🤣 He told me, people don't like me. Well, go figure 😂 BUT...the technician that fixed our multiple electric problems on our campervan rental, did pure magic and was extremely friendly and seriously professional about his task. Can't thank him enough. The bill was steep but i couldn't care less. He saved our holidays!

They know their sНit and do not mind some good old haggling. So try your chance with the formidable Franco the Managing Director. All older starter, air conditioning, wiring and and lighting jobs get fixed here with amazing grace. 3 days' waiting time is a bliss, as they are overbooked. Aim for a week, realistically.

I got my vehicle repaired without appointment, but I had to wait over 4 months to get the parts and eventually repaired. The professionalism of the staff is definitely non existent, but they were kind to make me a good price after the long wait.

I went with a problem on my front lights, they suddenly stopped working. They were busy with other customer but the mechanic made a quick check to see if it was an easy solution. In the end it was and he fixed it on the spot. Totally recommended place!

Very good professional. The car was 1 mont at VW Arlon they didn't discovered de problème. I put the car in this garage 1 day After the problem was resolved.

I was broken down 1000 miles from home. My pulley had gone on my alternator. I found this garage, they said no problem, it takes 2 hours and €300. I said ok. They removed the pulley (15min). After this the boss announced that I need a different part and it comes next day (Saturday) and costs €400 all together or if I don't want it put everything back and pay €115. I was thinking about that but a couple of hours later the price was €500. Asked €390 for part (€68 on ebay.de) and €110 for repair. I didn't want to wait to the price get higher and higher, so I said I don't want the repair put the broken part back, the car is ok to drive to a friend. They asked €200 for replace the old part (20min). I didn't understand why I have to pay the double to put the old part not a new back but I paid it and left. Obviously I do not recommend this garage owing to the boss, otherwise the mechanic guys are really nice and helpful, I am really grateful to them.

The car was with a broken alternator, price estimation was 300-400€ , in the end ended up paying 475€ to fix the air conditioning fan that worked perfectly fine before the car arrived in this place, apparentky it was all my fault and im trying to make him extra work for free... Also was asked to change the alternator's belt and didnt do... so I dont really know for what was 475€... disgusting... The guy was completely rude and disgusting to my wife on the phone , didnt call to say actual price before start working or calling when the car is ready. After my wife called him to ask what's up with the car he was rude and said "let me breathe won't you?" In the end the car spent 2 days there , and payed waaay more expensive for what was done. P.s Also no reciept for the work was given. NEVER AGAIN
