Perfect. Contacted me when they said they would, explained me the assessment process clearly. Helpful, polite and professional.

The first direct contact with Stelliant was VERY poor. Impossible to get a telephone response, and eventually contact with a junior person who was arrogant and treated us like idiots. Proposed that we do the `expertise' for them by using a mobile phone. Completely unacceptable. The technician who DID eventually visit was extremely thorough, attentive and competent. It was disappointing that it took nearly a year to have an inspection of the problem.

Very good expérience with Mr. DAFFIX who explained everything in detail . I would have put 5 stars if a copy of the document I signed on Mr. DAFFIX’tablet had been given to me (even sent by email would have been ok).
