I was very satisfied with the service from Mr Auger. He immediately found the problem and solution. He arrived within the time limit he proposed. He was friendly and nice although professional, skilled in his trade and explained the problem. I am embarrassed to say that it was my fault in putting too much liquid detergent in the clothes washing machine causing a flooding. I highly recommend him. My machine, a Miele, is working perfectly now. Thank you Mr Auger 😊
