Great vegan food options. We took vegan soup, burger and a falafel salad. Everything was super delicious. Very nice staff and atmosphere too!

We stopped by Ma Pause Bio for lunch in Narbonne. The place is cozy with a nice atmosphere and a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. However, we found the food a bit underwhelming. The salad was too heavy on the lettuce and lacked variety, and the wraps, while generously sized, had too much dough and not enough filling. In any case, it is a decent place if you're looking for healthy options, but the dishes could use a bit more ingredients.

Great experience having lunch here whilst visiting Narbonne with my girlfriend. We googled "vegan food" and this was the top hit. We received a super friendly welcome, were asked where we would like to sit, and then served almost immediately after ordering. We took a portion of soup to share and two burgers (labelled as veggie but suitable for vegans) which were both fantastic and full of flavour. The chef really is talented. I've never had a peanut sauce with a spicy kick before, and it really complimented the burger, which is a pea protein based patty, similar to the "Beyond" burgers which you can buy in the UK. The side salad was inventive and fresh, combining spicy flavours with tangy apple. We were super happy to have found this place and our appetites were satiated! It made our day in Narbonne perfect! City Center location, homemade applejuice from the blender! i liked it; perfect for a warm day. nice vegetarian food too, options for takeaway as well as eating inside the restaurant. Falafel was yummy

Great canard duck leg bowl gluten free and bio. Loved the white cheese yogurt with chestnut sauce. Organic wine by glass also good.

Coeliacs can eat here with confidence. There are gluten free options and the issue of cross- contamination is understood.

5€ for a burnt, extremely sweet coffee, with a big pinch of unpoliteness. Answering the owners: I asked if I could have a coffee there at that time, and you accepted, I don't know why you complain about starting your service at 11:00, if you are the one saying yes. About being unpolite, you work with people, so at least saying thanks and answering back to Hello and Bye is expected as a minimum of politeness. About the noise, I don't know what sound level is acceptable for having accordion songs in a loop, but you should check it out...
