We spent two very happy months here. Le Pigeonnier is well equipped and in beautiful surroundings. Isabelle and Thierry could not have been more helpful. It is a very short drive to Eymet and a short drive to the reservoir which is a great place to walk with a small nature reserve at one end. The swimming pool is a nice addition, although towards the end of our stay, in October, we had more use out of the wood burning stove. It was nice to get to know the animals on the farm. The sheep and goats appreciated our leftovers and the donkeys and horses enjoyed the carrots we got for them on our shopping trips.

I highly recommend staying at Lauzanac! It is the absolute perfect French experience. The owners, Isabelle and Thierry, are so welcoming and wonderful. Their attention to detail is second to none. The animals are lovely for everyone, no matter your age. There is also so much to do in the area that you will never be able to see and do everything. The gites themselves are absolutely beautiful and charming. We have stayed here twice in the past and will be visiting again in the future. We are from Canada and encourage others from North America to stay here. If you do, you will be made to feel so comfortable and will not regret your choice! (Both times, we had friends and family stop for visits; afterwards, everyone remembers their stay at Lauzanac as the best part of their entire trip. I can’t put into words what an amazing place this is).

Our second visit here and still as wonderful as ever. Property is clean and well maintained, the pool is fantastic. Isabelle and Thierry are lovely hosts but not in any way intrusive, we had baskets of delicious homegrown tomatoes on this visit! The children love all the animals, feeding them and even got to see a newborn calf. Location is ideal, just outside Eymet with lots to do round and about. Thanks again Isabelle and Thierry.

A place of incredible beauty matched only by the hospitality of its owners, Isabelle and Thierry. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area for the short or long term, make this your first choice. As guests with two young children, we can't imagine anywhere better we would rather stay.

My wife and I spent the Spring of 2017 at La Ferme de Lauzanac; what can I say? Les Chenes is even better than it looks on the website and our hosts Isobelle and Thierry could not have been kinder. You have everything you need here for the perfect rural vacation - and we have never had a better holiday. We've been coming to France for a lifetime and this is the only place we've re-booked before we left. Don't miss it!

Suite à notre séjour entre amis au gîte d'Isabelle et Thierry, nous repartons avec des souvenirs pleins la tête. Ce sont des hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse, nous avons été reçus comme des rois. Les petits comme les grands ont pu profiter de ce gîte tout confort à la ferme. La région est vraiment très sympa à découvrir, il y a des balades à faire aux alentours et pleins de belles découvertes culinaires également. N'hésitez pas une seconde. Isabelle et Thierry sont des hôtes formidables. Cela fait déjà deux fois que nous rejoignons le gîte pour faire profiter nos petits-enfants de cet environnement idyllique pour les enfants et pour les parents. Les maisons sont très fonctionnelles et très spacieuses. La piscine appréciable, et la vie dans la ferme avec tous les animaux ravissent les enfants. N'hésitez pas à suivre tous les conseils de visites fournis par les hôtes, aux alentours comme le château de Bridoire, ou les superbes marchés de Eymet .

La maison , le jardin , la piscine et la gentillesse des propriétaires...Tout était propice pour un séjour très agréable !! Mes petites filles ont adoré partir le matin avec Thierry , sur le tracteur , pour nourrir les vaches, les chevaux , les ânes ...et tous les autres animaux . Isabelle et Thierry ont patiemment répondu à toutes les questions des petits et des grands . Rien ne manquait !! Merci encore pour votre accueil !!
