Stayed in this hotel 2 years ago. The quality of the overall service and food stayed the same. Rooms are still very clean and the receptionist are very friendly aswell. This hotel has an very welcoming and warm atmosphere. I highly to recommend to stay heren when you plan to visit the Alsace orChristmast markets in the region. It is also very close to Basel, in case you want to visit Swiss as well.

Very disappointing New Year’s Eve experience. Despite being asked to arrive at 7pm, no food was served until nearly 8pm, and the dinner dragged on until after midnight, which was especially difficult with kids. Extremely long gaps between dishes (over an hour), very small portions, and slow service overall. Wine service was poorly managed, with white wine served warm and no ice available. The NYE celebration felt unorganized and underwhelming, with no champagne provided to many tables. While the price itself seemed fair for the menu and occasion, the overall experience was poor and not worth the cost.

The restaurant is terrible. We had to wait 45 minutes before we could order drinks. Food was very bad, coffee afterwards was forgotten. Only the children's menu was okay.

Nice hotel in a quiet village. The parking lot is in front of the building. The staff is friendly and helpful. We reserved a baby bed on the phone and were disappointed not to have found it in the room upon our arrival. The problem was quickly solved though. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of pastry, cheeses, jams. 3 kinds of juices. The hotel has got a Jacuzzi and a pool which is not very warm. The room is well-equipped: you can find a tea boiler with various kinds of tea and coffee. There are 2 bottles of water (free of charge) in the mini bar. The room is cosy but extremely small: there is hardly ever space to walk. Recommended for a short stay during a WE

Large portions but food not good & pricey.

Beautiful place and hotel, the service mostly was excellent especially pierre and the other waiter who were friendly and entertaining. food was good, room small but comfortable. food excellent quality, drinks pricy 6 euro almost for lager. Pool and mini hammam was bonus not heated though. Breakfast although good was stressful due to short staffed and running out of cups plates cutlery etc and juice dispenser if you could open couldn't close, staff tried too. Tattooed waitress asked for things but shrugged shoulders yet very friendly with a local. Reception staff also excellent so overall recommend would visit again

Food was okay but nothing great. The chicken was very rubbery. The waitress was quite abrupt

The food was good… the sauce of the entrecôte was good, temperature of the plate was good, just the desert was ok…my husband ate the choucrute and he liked as well. I ordered le cafe gourmand for the desert and it was fine… nothing exceptional but. He ordered the strawberry ice cream and he really liked it.
