We visited Cergy-Pontoise on Wednesday, April 8, 2025, which was about a 2-hour journey for us, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the beach area was completely closed, and there was no prior notification or update available online regarding this. This was quite frustrating as it was one of the main reasons for our visit. We also visited Île de Loisirs de Cergy-Pontoise, where the ticket price was at least €17 per child. However, the management and overall experience did not justify the cost. For such a large park, there were only around 3–4 staff members managing all the activities. Many activities (like rides, small trains, boats, and children’s play attractions) were frequently closed. When we asked the staff, they often said the activity was not working. However, after some time, when more children gathered, the same activities were suddenly opened again. This felt very unorganized and misleading. Additionally, the cleanliness of the park was not up to the mark. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering the time, money, and expectations involved. We hope the management improves staffing, transparency, and maintenance in the future.

I go for a walk around Le Port Aux Cerises as it’s next to my home and I really love the scenery, the exercise bit, skate park for my kids and playground. It’s just a lovely and peaceful park to visit whenever I get the chance

Very nice place to go with your kids. Lot of space, greens, water. A bit sad to see that there won't be the swimming pool open this year. Hope that other activities will be continued for kids

It's probably one of the most beautiful places in suburban Paris. Every day, it has a different look to it with lakes, forests and wild areas. It has a number of family based attractions, including a miniature railway and a small amusement park.

Great park for Picnics etc. Brand new toilets for public, that are closed most of the time. Fireworks are usually shot the 13th of July, at about 11 PM

Great for kids and dogs are allowed.... Wow! What a great attitude....

Love this place. Enormous park with special much open space as well as things to do: Boating,skatepark, accrobranche, playgrounds, amusement park, donkey rides, swimming pool and do much more. You can spend an entire day here and never get bored.

A wonderful place to walk, run, or commune with nature. I like taking pictures of whatever happens to catch my eye. Loads of activities for children in the Royaume des Enfants when it opens again ~ also poney rides, accro-branche, paddle boats, and more!
