Best internet service in krg
Terrible customer service. I bought a refill pin and tried entering it on my device but it would not connect. So I logged into a public wifi to put my pin in and it creates a new account for me. Customer service refuses to give a refund or transfer the balance from the public wifi to my account. Just use Sapphire.
The company is not capable to provide a good intent services . Since more than 3 months I am suffering of very weak Internet and raised more than 12 complaints but they do not care. This the worst service.
Khabat Thermal Power, Erbil City The "Fast"Link is absolut slowly. Many time did not work. 1 Minute on, 5 Minute off. Morningtime until 8:00AM good working, after this sometime many hours off or only small time working. I never see a more bad Net in the World
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Their place tho not easy to find from their website
Very good Internet provider company especially the offer of getting 18GB by 15000IQD.
