Very nice hotel, clean fresh-smelling and large room. Staff listen well and respond to any questions. Good meal at the Italian restaurant, pleasant staff again. Quiet at night. Parking on the public square 100 m away, 20 euros overnight. Near the town centre and back of the chateau. Elevator.

This hotel is amazing and good value for what we pay. Good front desk service, great location to Fontainebleau Palace, and restaurants nearby. Though there is no onsite parking, but the public lot is 50m away, which is not very annoying.

My room was huge and very comfortable, absolutely nothing went wrong. The staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast food was great! I had dinner once in the hotels Italian restaurant and loved it - delicious. Overall, quite nice!

This was an amazing hotel and the staff were so helpful and polite. We would definitely stay again if we return someday.

On the 3rd night I got attacked by bed bugs in room 103. Had bites all over my stomach arms and neck. When I told the receptionist about the issue she was not empathetic but eventually I got switched to a different room but unfortunately it was smaller than my original room. Some nice things about the hotel: - good restaurant - nice room layout - convenient location - there is a parking lot very close to hotel - heating works well Things to improve on: - provide carts to help move our luggage

Gross bathroom, not a 4 star hotel - 2/3 tops. No water in the room so youre expected to drink tap, empty minibar and ac system locked in one area so cant turn on. Baby crib provided with no sheet just a dirty mattress. Got given a room up 4 flights of stairs, when we clearly asked for a room with a baby. Good location but no parking as advertised. Staff are poorly trained, except for one lovely man who helped with luggage up the stairs.

The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. It seems new to me and is close to the downtown area, just a 10-minute walk from the palace. However, I have two issues: the room cleaning service was very poor! I informed the reception three times, and it improved slightly, but it’s unreasonable that essentials were not replenished (tissues, towels, trash removal, adding a water bottle, or cleaning the cups). I had breakfast there once and would rate it 3/5. It was okay, but the options were somewhat limited, and the coffee was bad. In my opinion, it’s a good hotel, but overpriced.

Very nice hotel in a very central spot. But in general the staff is not very professional or inspired. Preparing breakfast while you and others still have diner, staff lacks interest in guests (if you work in a restaurant, you should look around to see if any of the guest has a request) if you pass by the reception no one is interested in you. And the food in the restaurant was of low quality. In general staff is slow and not very attentive.
