AVENUE MONTAGNE

A really flexible and sizeable 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed property spread over two floors. A large seating/eating area and well equipped kitchen on EACH floor. We were a group of 8 however with the correct make up of family/friends 10 could be accommodated with ease. Very well appointed, equipped and maintained. The owners were accommodating and helpful both in their electronic communications and in person. The outdoor area was also well equipped with seats and loungers and was a real sun trap. Plenty of car parking immediately outside the property. There is some stunning scenery in the area and Entre Lac et Montagnes makes a superb base to explore.

Very spacious apartments. Were there a family of 5 with additional family in adjacent apartment. At summer. Location is south of the Annecy lake, in a good point. One drawback - was rather hot in some of the rooms, and no AC.

Lovely location near Annecy lake, just outside Dousard. Wonderful rooms and facilities.

Amazing

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans ce gîte à la fois typique et bien rénové, localisé dans un lieu très calme. Les équipements présents étaient à la hauteur de nos besoins et nous avons logé 3 jours à 9 personnes de manière très confortable. Les hôtes ont répondus à toutes nos questions et attentes. Encore merci à eux.

Séjour parfait entre amis. Nous avons été très bien accueillis : le logement est parfaitement équipé et idéal pour 10 personnes. Tous les équipements sont présents pour cuisiner sur place. La fourniture du linge est très appréciable. Gîte bien décoré, très propre. Merci Alain !

Petit chalet très très bien équipé et confortable. Inconvénient la voie rapide juste à côté pour profiter des 2 jolies terrasse. Très bien accueilli par les propriétaires et encore merci pour tout...
