My father passed away after spending 30 days on a ventilator. Prior it, he had numbness on his lower legs and DR Zhaoxu Liu rushed his surgery (on cervical spine) without enough preparations. He had hemorrhage in the middle of surgery and could breath after. Dr Liu Claims he got doctorate and post doctorate from MHH.

I had an emergency and was treated by Dr. Marlene Plüß, she was really competent and empathetic. The best doctor I have ever met, she also spoke English which was extremely helpful. Thank you Dr. Marlene Plüß and the entire MHH team, forever grateful 🙏🏽

Gynecological department. The first time I was there, the doctor didn't give me the pill that would prepare me for surgery. They simply forgot about me. And then they pretended that this was normal, that this was how it should be. This is probably why the operation was unsuccessful. The second time I was there, and I had to have a second operation because the first operation went badly, I waited about 10 hours. At the end the doctor came and said that they couldn’t have the operation on me today. How is this possible? You just took my time and my family's time. My husband couldn't work properly today. I woke up my two small children at 5:30 am to arrive at 6:30 am. Perhaps it's time to contact a lawyer.

Ok where do I start… first of all I don’t understand the negative comments here. The doctors are very good, excellent! They are so excited when they know our mother tongue is English and they want to talk English to us! We even had today two nurses, they asked if we can stick with English, since they never get the chance to talk in English! The nurses are just so nice and welcoming! We feel so good treated from the doctors and also from the nurses, generally all staff! You need to understand this is a VERY BUSY hospital, people are coming from many kilometers away to see a specialist here! If you don’t have anything severe, don’t keep this hospital busy. Since people like us travel miles in order to come to this Zentrum! We are very happy to be treated well. Just the organization feels sometimes kind of chaotic, probably is due to the busyness of this hospital. Thank you MHH for taking great care of us! Yes the architecture and rooms feel sometimes outdated, because this hospital was built like 60 yrs ago. But who cares about that, when the care is very good! Our comments are for two clinics: Hepatologie and also Viszeralchirurgie! Can only highly recommend it!

The entire ICU team are amazing and saved our relative's life. They took time and effort to communicate daily at a time where he was very unwell and the family were anxious. He received world class care. The compassion, kindness, dedication and expertise of all the doctors, nurses and staff were incredible. Thank you to you all. We will always be grateful. Special shout out to Dr Christoph Kleine Vennekate, Dr Katrin Koch, Dr Nona Vahdani and Dr Sven Schallhorn.

Staffs are very rude and doctors in there are angry on patients also they don’t want to speak English they said you must speak German. I never want to come back to Germany for vacation NEVER or anything else woooohhhh Germany gives me vomiting 🤮
