I've travelled the world and used many shuttle services, and this is the worst I've dealt with. When I brought a ticket to thr airport, the ticket said the arrival time is when the check in finishes. So I called the call centre to cancel the ticket, lady didn't speak English (even though their website has an English option). So i emailed to change the pick up time, and after waiting hours for a response, no one responded. So I emailed to cancel, and they said as I'm cancelling within 12 hours, there's no refund. Even though I had called to cancel more than 12 hours from departure time, but no one spoke English. The company falsely advertises as being Bilingual, but they are not and it's clearly false advertising. Avoid this dishonest company.

We had booked private transfers between La Tontouta airport and our Noumea hotel. We were greeted at the airport by someone holding a board with our name on it when we cleared customs. Our return trip to the airport was just as seamless. Our driver was waiting for us in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the booking time. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the cars were modern and clean. Would I use their services again? Definitely.

I was travelling solo with a broken ankle. The team were so lovely and helped with taking my bag to check in and getting a wheelchair. Made a challenging situation really easy for me

Seems to have mixed reviews but we had a good experience with this company both to and from the airport. Easy to navigate website where it is cheaper to book tickets (2400xpf one way per person in a shared shuttle). Note from the airport there is no public transport so shuttle bus is how most travel unless you rent a car. When booking online you give the address of where you are staying and the shuttle drops you there and collects you at whatever hour is needed. On the way back to the airport (5am pick up) we were collected 20mins early but better early than late!

Amazing experience! From the pick up at the airport to the drop off exactly at my location (didn't expect that) everything was professional and smooth. When I had to change the pick up address to go back to the airport I got a confirmation within minutes. And they even send you a gps link to see where the car/bus is. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service and very accommodating. We used this service during our time in NC. We checked out of L’Escapade at 10am with our transfer to Sheraton Deva at 4.30pm later that day. We called them to see if can get an earlier xfer. We didn’t expect them to be able to fit us but managed to get us a 2.30pm xfer with a very professional driver who presented himself very well and also agreed to stop at a supermarket so we can pick up a few things. I highly recommend Arc En Cirl Service as they offer great service, comfortable and clean vehicle. I feel as thou, anyone that complains about wait is unfair. Any shared shuttle will have to wait for all booked customers to arrive, hence the wait. We waited for 30 minutes with no issues as we understand they have to get everyone on board. Merci!!!

I don’t understand the mixed reviews of Arc de Ciel, we had a great experience. Easy to book online, easy to locate at the airport, a comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. On the return they picked us up precisely at the time booked, both vans were clean, comfortable & had good air con. Much easier than axis for us with our basic French skills. Highly recommended

This has to be the most responsive transfer service I’ve come across having visited 191 countries. Truly outstanding service. You can easily book on line using a drop down selection box to indicate your arrival and departure flights. It’s much cheaper to book online than to buy your ticket at the airport upon arrival. They don’t divide pax into different shuttles depending on where they are going to, but rather have you get into a shuttle in order of your arrival to their stand. Once in a van, the driver will drop off to different destinations based on the pax in that vehicle. Maximum wait time is 15 minutes at the airport and they have a comfy lounge with free WIFI and water while you wait. On the way back to the airport make sure they have your phone number for Whats App messages regarding last minute changes to pick up times. They also send you a neat link to track where your shuttle is. We also booked a transfer to Magenta domestic airport. There is no drop down flight menu for this—you need to email them. They respond super promptly and their staff responds in English both in writing and if you need to call them. They were super flexible when we contacted them 24 hours in advance to ask for a schedule change. Note that after you book your transfer from the international airport it takes about 8 hours to receive your confirmation voucher. Don’t therefore make the same mistake we did and book the service again assuming the payment didn’t go through…(They promptly credited the extra charge for us). Highly recommend this reliable company with super friendly drivers and staff. The lady in whose shuttle I was in from the international airport, even did a detour to the Baie of Citron to point out a cafe and easy way to walk to my accommodation. So kind and helpful.
