Professional, enthusiast Lot of choices and staff really helpfull

I recently moved to Paris for work and I wanted to buy two additional suits for the office. I found this shop online and thought I would give it a try. The team was extremely helpful, attentive, and communicative throughout the process. The suits were beautifully made and very well tailored to my body. I would like to mention in particular Chahib Fouad who was efficient yet patient with me the entire time and played a big role in the process. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend this store!!!

So let me explain my very poor review : - in the store, amazing experience with very nice staff caring about their customer - however, I have been waiting my second suit for now 8 months (yes you read it right, and I am not exaggerating). The first one arrived with 2 months delay. The customer service is pretty bad, not giving you feedback on your delayed order, unless you ask for it with 2+ e-mails. Wanted to give it a shot even though I saw negative reviews here and there, but not sure it is worth the delay. Sorry for the staff in store which is, again, very nice, competent and caring.

Very professional and caring sales personnel, I managed to choose and customize 5 shirts in 30', and the 3D scanning technology is pretty intriguing. Keep in mind that the delivery might take a while due to high demand (ordered mid-February - delivery estimated end of April). Highly recommended !

I ordered 1 pair of pants. The first pair couldn't get past my knees. Sent them back to get fixed. Couldn't get over my thighs. Sent them back. Could barely get them on, but they were on. Couldn't move though. Sent them back. They made an entirely new pair, but there was a problem with the fly. Sent them back. They made a third pair, still didn't fit properly. Two more refittings later, I finally had a pair of pants that I could barely get on, and can't sit down in comfortably. They've been gathering dust in my closet - just found them and tried them on again. Can't believe I paid so much, and spent 6 months doing fittings, for this unwearable pair of pants. A éviter.

Understaffed - I had an appointment a 18h30 and it took more than 40 minutes to be attended...
