Came to pick a parcel during working hours anf it was closed, no notice of any kind why it is closed. There were 5 people who came for parcels while I was waiting and no luck. Bad experience. Incredible, the continuation of the story: The shop owner tells me that he sent my parcel back while UPS website states that the parcel is still there. Then, he admits he did it because I left a bad review (exactly because he wasn't there when he was supposed to be without any note or phone availability)...and still insists that my parcel is not in his shop. Will be filing a complain to UPS and a parcel sender.

I had the same problem as Sly. Went to the shop to pick up urgent UPS parcel. Should be open since 30 minutes. No phone number. No message. I walked a mile to get here. Am I supposed to try several times. Super bad service
