Service above and beyond! We visited this morning with no appointment as our Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome had developed a Nox sensor and adblu fault which needed to be fixed in order to continue driving. We are English with only a little spoken French and the guy at reception spoke no English. The welcome, however was warm and sincere. We were able to communicate our issues via Google translate and despite not being able to help us here (this is a truck only garage), he began to ring round other Mercedes branches to try and get us some help. Initially the next nearest branch could not fit us in, however he was able to find another branch which could fit us in for a diagnosis on Wednesday but would be unlikely to repair us the same day as parts would need to be ordered. Grateful for this option, our “hero” then called the nearest branch back and somehow managed to secure us an immediate diagnosis and repair today. WOW! We are so thankful for this outstanding service and the compassion shown to us. You really did save our holiday and we will always be grateful. We set off and 15 minutes later we were welcomed at Saint Doulchard Mercedes who immediately set to and diagnosed and repaired our motorhome. Thank you to everyone who helped us.

je suis très heureux de mon nouveau véhicule. Il est vraiment très beau. Monsieur Nabti très compétent. Tout était fait. Il y avait juste que quelques signatures à poser. Je suis satisfait de ce garage, sachant que je suis client depuis plus de 30 ans.

J'ai eu la chance de réaliser mon rêve grâce à Kyllian. Un vendeur à l'écoute parfaite du client. Je remercie également toutes l'équipe pour le professionnalisme exemplaire.
