A massive 'Merci Beaucoup' to the amazing staff at Norauto in Chambery for saving our Easter weekend (and holiday) by fitting a new car battery for us even though we only arrived at the store at 18.20 (10 minutes before closing time) on Saturday of Easter weekend (having spent over 5 hours on the roadside just outside Bourg-St-Maurice waiting to be rescued due to a flat worn-out battery and being abandoned by our recovery service). Our gamble to drive to Chambery as the Albertville Norauto store was closed paid off, and we are eternally grateful that you helped us out. Merci beaucoup

Went here to buy engine coolant. Staff at the counter was very helpful. We couldn’t speak French and the staff was kind enough to patiently explain everything and pick the right coolant for our vehicle

1. The sales person (Floflo) took, in an obvious way, advantage of my lack of knowledge to lie to me and push me to rent snow chains instead of snow socks (more profitable) 2. The renting process took an incredible amount of time (20-25min). Establishing a rent contract for a house would have taken less time 3. Nobody was available to show us how to use the chains that are different from those you can find elsewhere. As result, we couldn't use them and had to borrow socks from people once we reached the ski station

Was looking for auto radios and accessories. Everything they had was dusty and antiquated. And they didn't have much. Oh top of that, the radio that was playing on one of the speakers was squeaking out loud static. So, no sale, unfortunately.
